Our founder, Kim Welch, MSN, NP-BC is a licensed and degreed aesthetic specialist. Kim’s number one focus is to help you look as good as you feel! Kim has over 21 years experience since graduating from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA as an injectable nurse. In addition to a clinical nursing background, Kim’s professional experience includes over 20 years experience with a specialized focus on aesthetic injectables. Kim is passionate about helping her clients feel their best and her goal is to ensure her patients are consistently amazed by their results.

Holly Via BSN, RN

Holly Via, BSN, RN is a highly experienced aesthetic nurse with more than two decades of clinical expertise in cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Abilene Christian University and began her career in hospital operating room settings, where she developed a strong clinical foundation assisting with complex cardiovascular procedures.

Holly later transitioned into private practice, where she discovered her passion for aesthetics. Over the past 20+ years, she has worked alongside leading cosmetic surgeons and aesthetic specialists in some of the most respected practices across the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Southlake communities.

For the past 12 years, Holly has specialized in cosmetic injectables, combining advanced technique with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to deliver natural, balanced results. She is deeply committed to continuing education and regularly travels to national and international aesthetic conferences to stay at the forefront of new techniques, safety protocols, and emerging innovations in aesthetic medicine.

Patients appreciate Holly’s calm presence, attention to detail, and dedication to helping them feel confident and refreshed while maintaining their natural beauty. Outside of the treating patient's, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and their three sons.

Clara Joplin, PA-C

Clara Joplin, PA-C is Board Certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. After graduating Texas Tech University, she then went on to complete her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at UTMB in Galveston, TX.

In addition to her medical training, Clara has been extensively trained by Kim Welch, RN, BSN for over 6 years. She is known for her safe, high-quality, natural looking results and her ultimate goal is to give everyone the confidence they deserve. Patients, team members and colleagues, love her upbeat, friendly, and welcoming personality!

Clara lives in Coppell and when not at work, enjoys spending quality time with her family and raising her two beautiful daughters.

Ciara De La Cruz, Licensed Aesthetician

After becoming a licensed Aesthetician, Ciara jumped into aesthetics—specializing in facials (men and women), chemical peels, and skincare. Ciara’s philosophy is that everyone is uniquely beautiful, and it's her mission to preserve and enhance the best version of each of her clients.

Ciara has a passion for art and travel and in her free time loves to spend time with her son.
